We provide an extensive safety orientation before starting the work and on the job site on hazards that are unique to the project.
Our employees are trained weekly and are subjected to unannounced safety inspections designed to eliminate unsafe conditions normally found on a job site. Even our supervision team receives extensive safety training annually.
If an incident ever occurs, it is thoroughly investigated, and policies are implemented to ensure an incident-free environment.
